Shipping Policy
All dksr Prints products are delivered locally within the Sarasota, FL area.
Delivery area: Sarasota County and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, reach out before placing an order.
Delivery timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days of order confirmation, depending on print time. Products are printed fresh after your order is placed — print times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
Delivery scheduling: We'll reach out after your order is confirmed to coordinate a delivery time that works for you.
Delivery fee: A flat $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $75. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery. Promotional codes may waive the delivery fee.
Refund & Return Policy
Because every product is printed fresh specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
Exceptions — we will reprint or refund if:
Your item arrives damaged or broken
Your item has a significant print defect that affects its function or appearance
Your order was fulfilled incorrectly (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size)
To report an issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dksrprints.com. Please include your order details and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — either with a reprint or a full refund, at our discretion.
Custom text orders: Orders with custom text (such as Scrabble tiles or personalized items) are non-refundable once printing has begun, unless there is a print defect or fulfillment error on our part.
Warranty
All dksr Prints products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's covered:
Structural failures under normal use
Significant layer separation or delamination
Print defects that affect the product's intended function
What's not covered:
Damage from misuse, dropping, or excessive force
Outdoor UV fading on PLA products (PLA is not UV-rated — PETG is used for outdoor products)
Normal wear and tear
Damage from exposure to high heat (PLA products should not be left in hot vehicles or dishwashers)
To make a warranty claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We'll assess and respond within 2 business days.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Here's how we handle your information.
What we collect: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details, and they are never visible to us.
How we use it: Your information is used solely to process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about your order status. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. dksr Prints never stores or has access to your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Communications: By placing an order, you may receive transactional emails related to your order. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Data retention: We retain order information for accounting, warranty, and return purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us — however, please note that data deletion permanently terminates any active warranty coverage and forfeits eligibility for returns or refunds, as we will no longer have a record of your order.
Cookies: Our website may use cookies for basic analytics and functionality. No personal data is shared with advertisers.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with dksr Prints, you agree to the following terms.
Made to order: All products are printed fresh after your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received — your order enters the print queue and production begins when it reaches the front of the line. During busy periods, this may extend your wait time beyond the listed print time. We'll keep you updated on your order status and reach out to schedule delivery once your item is complete. Cancellations must be requested before printing begins — contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Accuracy of information: You are responsible for ensuring all order details (including custom text, color selections, and delivery address) are correct before submitting. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Delivery: We deliver within the Sarasota, FL area. You are responsible for being available to receive your delivery at the agreed time, or for making alternative arrangements with us.
Product use: Our products are intended for personal, household use. PLA products are not food-safe, dishwasher-safe, or suitable for prolonged outdoor use. PETG products are more heat and UV resistant and are used for outdoor applications.
Intellectual property: All product designs sold by dksr Prints are either original works or used under license. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute our products or designs without written permission.
Limitation of liability: dksr Prints' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Care Instructions
To get the most out of your dksr Prints products:
PLA products (most home goods, sculptures, desk items):
Wipe clean with a damp cloth
Do not place in dishwasher
Do not leave in hot vehicles or direct sunlight for extended periods — PLA softens around 60°C (140°F)
Not food-safe
PETG products (outdoor, pool, and beach items):
More heat and UV resistant than PLA
Rinse with fresh water after salt or chlorine exposure
Not dishwasher-safe
